If you already have a server with us
Open a ticket from the client portal instead of emailing. A ticket arrives attached to your account and to the server it concerns, which removes the round trip spent identifying both, and it stays readable next to the rest of your history. Email is the right choice before you have an account, or when you cannot reach the portal at all.
If something looks wrong platform-wide rather than on one instance, check the status page first.
Why there is no form here
A contact form needs something behind it to accept the message, and a form that quietly drops what you typed is worse than no form. Mail sent to the addresses above reaches the same people, and you keep a copy of exactly what you sent in your own sent folder.
Sizing questions are usually quicker to answer yourself: the configurator prices every memory size, region and term together. Write to support if the answer is not in there.
